A large crowd gathered at Minden High School on Sunday, March 29, for a community Easter egg hunt hosted in partnership with the Young Women’s Service Club of Minden.
The event, held at W.W. Williams Stadium, featured egg hunts divided into multiple age groups, allowing children to race across the field to collect eggs. Families also enjoyed a variety of activities, including bounce houses, a bike raffle, free food, and a tour of a fire truck.
Numerous pageant queens and Minden High School students, including uniformed athletes, were on hand to assist with the event and interact with attendees. Children also had the opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny.
With sunny skies and mild temperatures, the spring weather contributed to a festive atmosphere as children and families participated in the activities. The celebration combined entertainment, community involvement, and seasonal traditions.
