The Minden Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. – Jabberwock Group #1, will host a Fried Catfish Fundraiser on this Friday, February 20, 2026. (the first Friday of Lent) from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 810 East Street, in Minden, LA.
Monies raised will be used to support the annual scholarship drive and to raise funds to support other community and public service projects like St. Jude and S.E.E.D.S.
The menu includes: delicious, fried catfish fillets, homemade potato salad, baked beans, bread and dessert…for ONLY $10
