The Village of Dixie Inn Board of Aldermen will meet in regular session at 5 PM Tuesday, February 10, at Village Hall, 60 Shell Street.
Among items on the agenda, Travis Morehart is scheduled to address the council regarding the village’s 2024–2025 audit.
The council will also consider approving the purchase of an eCitation device and management system to allow officers to write citations electronically and maintain records for each citation. Another action item includes approval to surplus a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe.
Prior to new business, the board is expected to adopt the minutes from the January regular session and approve the financial statements for January.
Department reports will be given by the water and maintenance department, police department, aldermen and Mayor Donna Hoffoss.
The meeting is open to the public.
