The Village of Dixie Inn Board of Aldermen will meet in regular session at 5 PM Tuesday, July 14, at Village Hall, 60 Shell Street.
Among the items on the agenda is consideration of approval for the village’s Back to School Bash, scheduled for Aug. 1 from 2 PM to 5 PM.
The council will also consider declaring a 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe surplus and approving its donation to the Dubberly Police Department.
Also under new business, aldermen are scheduled to introduce Ordinance No. 137, which would establish alcohol beverage cards for servers within the Village of Dixie Inn.
The meeting agenda also includes adoption of the minutes from the June regular session and approval of the village’s June financial statements.
Department reports will be presented by the water and maintenance department, police department, aldermen, and Mayor Donna Hoffoss.
The meeting is open to the public.
