Four Minden district champion All-Star teams are set to play in state tournaments this week.
The Ponytails All-Stars are competing in the 12U tournament in Pineville.
Team members are Rhea Waller, Jayla Joyner, Kullyn Chanler, Brayleigh Lewis, Klaytin David, Madisyn Jernigan, Braelyn White, Savannah Mangrum, Jaidyn Smith, Bree Bonsall, Chloe Gregg and Presley Wood. Coaches are Wesley Chanler, Toby Bonsall, Jesika Joyner.
The Angels All-Stars are competing in the 10U tournament in Monroe.
Team members are Kynlee Garms, Montgomery Ingles, Peyton Wood, Ellie Kate Perryman, Kynlee Wood, Emmaline Harmon, Layla Holford, Karlee Brewer, Kenzie Pamintuan, Lola Huddleston, Addi Ramsey and Marion Wimberly. Coaches are Chase Huddleston, Marcus Harmon and Daniel Garms.
The Darlings All-Stars are competing in the 8U tournament in Tioga.
Team members are Evie Vise, Lexie Perryman, Harper Barnette, Annabel Sunderland, Laikyn Hollingsworth, Fallyn Hollingsworth, Laikyn Lewis, Willow Still, Ellie Speer, Brooklyn Sunderland, Aubrey Chanler and Stella Perryman. Coaches are Tyler Lewis, Matt Chanler, Riley Hollingsworth, Logan Hollingsworth and Jason Sunderland.
The SweeTees All-Stars are competing in the 6U tournament in Tioga.
Team members are Andi Brooke Hollingsworth, Razze Waller, Charlie Day, Adalyn McClaran, Elizabeth Fox, Raven Bolyer, Avery Mills, Cecily Hodges, Emerson Haynes, Cheslie Darden, Ryan Gordon and Peyton Peevy. Coaches are Kyle Darden, David Fox, Brett Gordon, Dakota Haynes.
Last year, Minden won the 10U Dixie World Series in Alexandria.
