Minden Mayor Tommy Davis and economic director James Graham met with leaders of the Northwest Louisiana Technical College as the start of a tour of area facilities and businesses to study the needs of the area and start a dialogue on how to boost economic growth for Minden and the surrounding area. Davis and Graham started at NWLTC Tuesday and also met with officials from Clement Industries. Their tour continued Wednesday with Fibrebond Corporation and Alpha Railroad and Piling.
