Bobby Lee Parks, a 51-year-old male, escaped custody at Minden Medical Center on Tuesday after being taken to the emergency room by Louisiana State Police (LSP). Parks, who stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 350 pounds, fled on foot and is currently at large. He was last seen wearing a neon green shirt and black pants. Authorities have not determined the direction of his travel.
Parks had been previously released by mistake from a Texas prison where he was serving a 10-year sentence. Law enforcement officials are actively searching for him and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact local authorities immediately.
