Ethel C. Henderson

Ethel C. Henderson, age 86, entered into eternal life on Friday, September 17, 2021.  She was a native of Castor, Louisiana, and a longtime resident of both Minden, Louisiana, and Conroe, Texas.  Ethel was the wife of the late Rev. Benjamin Henderson.  She was the devoted mother of three children: Benjamin Peyton Henderson, who preceded her in death, Linda Qualls, and Benita Shepherd; Grandmother to Phillecia Qualls and Terrence Bernard Shepherd, Jr.; and Godmother to Chimere Vanstaez Lewis.  Family and friends are invited to attend her celebration of life services at Saint Rest Baptist Church of Minden, Louisiana on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 2:00 PM.  Interment will follow at Sheppard Street Cemetery.  Flowers and expressions of kindness may be sent to the Henderson Family, c/o Benevolent Funeral Home, 401 East Union Street, Minden, Louisiana 71055.
