Graveside service for Gary Simpson were held Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. Officiating was be Bro. Alan Oglesby.
Gary was born May 9, 1951, in Shreveport, Louisiana and entered into rest August 15, 2022, in Shreveport, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Simpson; father, James R. Simpson; sister, Donna Simpson; and brother, Gerald Simpson.
He is survived by his sons, Gary Lester Simpson of Beaumont, TX, Nathan Simpson and Travis Simpson both of Columbia, LA; sisters, Linda Holland (Rich) of Minden, Patsy Jernigan of Minden, Wanda Ouillette of Yukon, OK, and Kathy Jacobs (Dwight) of Minden, and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
