Georgia (13-1) will be seeking revenge for a 41-24 loss in the SEC Championship Game on Dec. 4, and the Tide also denied the Bulldogs the title in the final after the 2017 season. Georgia hasn’t won a national title since 1980, while Alabama (13-1) is the defending champion and has won seven national championships since 1992. Both teams won their semifinals by more than 20 points, with Alabama beating Cincinnati 27-6 and Georgia routing Michigan 34-11.
