The Glenbrook Apache baseball team traveled to Farmerville for their final game of the UCA tournament against University Academy of Cenla, falling 6-4.
Glenbrook had a tough time at the plate, managing five hits on the day.
Trevor McLean led the Apaches, going 2-3 on the day, followed by Parker Christy who also finished 2-3 for the game. Nick Mourad added a base hit to round out the Apaches day at the plate.
Mourad took the mound for Glenbrook and pitched well in a losing effort. His final line showed five innings pitched, two earned runs, three hits, one walk and five strikeouts.
Glenbrook will look to rebound today in their first home game of the season against the same University Academy team that handed them the loss in the UCA tournament.
After Monday’s contest, the Apaches will be off until March 1 when they take on Riverfield Academy.
