by Minden Press-Herald

The Glenbrook Apaches competed their hardest Tuesday afternoon at home, but unfortunately had no runs to show for it, suffering a 1-0 loss.

Riverfield Academy pushed the only run of the game across in the third inning to take the win over the Apaches.

Nick Mourad took the loss on the mound for Glenbrook despite striking out six batters.

Mourad and Cameron Barnett had the only hits for the Apaches. Mourad singled in the third, while Barnette singled in the sixth.

The Apaches fall to 0-4 on the season, but have a big chance to rebound in the Glenbrook Tournament beginning March 3 in Minden at Glenbrook School.
