The Minden Crimson Tide, North Webster Knights and Glenbrook Apaches rolled to victories Tuesday night.
Minden improved to 7-0 with a 56-30 win over Airline at Minden. North Webster downed Lakeside 75-39 at Lakeside. Glenbrook picked up its first win, defeating Providence Classical Academy 38-27 in Bossier City.
As has been the case all season, Minden had balanced scoring in its victory. Cameron Parker had 16 points, Carmelo Smith 13 and Darnell Morris 11.
The Tide led 12-8 after the first quarter then outscored the Vikings 17-3 in the second. They led 29-11 at the half.
Jaydan Gladney led Airline (2-6) with 14 points.
Minden doesn’t play again until the Minden Holiday Classic, which begins Dec. 18.
At Lakeside, DaJuan Coleman led 11 North Webster players who scored with 17 points. Korey Jones added 11, Dereon Reese nine and Kemaurion Jefferson eight.
North Webster (2-4) picked up its first win Monday night, defeating Plain Dealing 59-19 at Plain Dealing.
Markavious Johnson led the Knights with 22 points. He also had eight rebounds and three steals.
Coleman had 12 points, eight rebounds and five steals. Reese had 12 points, three rebounds and two steals. Braylon Washington had 11 rebounds and two steals.
North Webster visits Doyline Thursday. Lakeside is at Plain Dealing.
