The Minden Crimson Tide cruised to a 65-16 victory over the North DeSoto Griffins Friday night in Stonewall.
Minden improved to 17-2 overall and 3-0 in District 1-4A. North DeSoto dropped to 3-10 and 0-3.
In the other 1-4A games, Bossier defeated Loyola 68-39, Booker T. Washington routed Northwood 75-59 and Woodlawn edged Southwood 52-48.
Minden and Bossier (11-11, 3-0) are tied for the district lead. The Crimson Tide visits BTW (15-7, 2-1) Tuesday. Minden visits Bossier Friday, Feb. 7.
Twelve Minden players scored Friday night. Darnell Morris led the team with 20 points. Thirteen of those came in the first quarter.
Jaiden Franklin added 10 points and Cameron Parker eight. Hudson Brown knocked down two 3-pointers in the first quarter.
Minden led 23-6 after the first quarter and 44-14 at the half.
