Minden won the Don Austin Memorial Relays Wednesday at Lakeside.
The Crimson Tide scored 109 points. Haynesville was second with 103, Red River third with 86 and North Webster fourth with 53.
Minden’s Kaiden Shine won the 200 meters in 23.06 seconds. Homer’s Shauntrevion Fielding was second in 23.13.
Shine also ran a leg on the Tide’s winning 4X200 and runner-up 4X100 relay teams.
The foursome of Abreon Curry, Lucas Owens Jr., Shine and Jaden Johnson took the 4X200 in 1:31.35. Red River was second in 1:34.31.
Johnson, Shine, Owens and Ian Clark ran the 4X100 in 44.25. Red River won in 43.95.
The Minden foursome of Noal Wiggins, Keshun Williams, Ayden Morris and Jerry Walker won the 4X800 relay in 9:40.78. Red River was second in 9:41.10.
Minden’s runner-up finishers in individual events were Williams (800), Lincoln Woods (110 hurdles) and Curry (long jump).
Two Lakeside athletes won events. Kentravion Miller took the shot put with a throw of 39 feet, 10 inches. Noah David won the pole vault with a vault of 9-6.
North Webster’s Ja’Myrian Jackson took the javelin with a throw of 134-6.
North Webster had two runner-up finishers — Javion Hawthorne (discus) and Kazavion Evans (300 hurdles).
Haynesville’s Isaiah Washington, an LSU football signee, was a triple winner. He took the 110 hurdles in 15.75, the 300 hurdles in 42.08 and the triple jump with a 43.0.
Red River’s Logan Mims won the 800 in 2:15.59 and the 1,600 in 4:57.98.
Third-place finishers from Webster Parish schools in individual events were Minden’s Emmanuel Kinsey (400), Lakeside’s Jordin Febos (1,600), North Webster’s Joseph Schleppenbach (110 hurdles), Minden’s Woods (300 hurdles), Minden’s Zion Johnson (javelin) and Minden’s Javen Calloway (shot put).
