High school softball: Glenbrook gets first victory

The  Glenbrook Lady Apaches bounced back from a season-opening loss with a 24-1 victory over Plain Dealing in three innings Wednesday at Glenbrook.

Glenbrook (1-1) scored three in the first and 21 in the second.

The Lady Apaches had 14 hits. Ellie Earnhardt went 3-for-3 with four RBI.

Gabi Brown had a home run, triple and three RBI. Rebecca Mosley went 2-for-3 with two RBI. Presli Waller also had two RBI.

Glenbrook visits Parkway Friday.

Minden (1-0) hosts North Caddo Thursday and Lakeside (0-1) hosts Stanley.
