High school softball: Lakeside downs North Webster in Minden jamboree

Lakeside defeated North Webster 8-3 Thursday night in the first game of Minden’s Rise of the Tide Jamboree at the new Minden stadium.

Rhea Waller went 2-for-2 with a double and two RB in the six-inning “game.” Raleah Harris had a triple and two RBI.

Lexi Wood had an RBI-double. 

North Webster’s Anna Ray and Anekah Coleman had two hits each.

The jamboree concludes Friday.

Minden faces Summerfield at 5:20 p.m, Summerfield takes on Doyline at 6:40 and Minden plays Doyline at 8.

Admission is $8.
