High school softball: Lakeside downs North Webster

The Lakeside Lady Warriors defeated the North Webster Lady Knights 13-3 in six innings Wednesday in Springhill.

Lakeside’s Mackenzie McCoy went 5-for-5 with two doubles and three RBI.

Izzy Vise went 3-for-3 with three RBI. Raleah Harris went 3-for-4 with two RBI.

Maggie Mandino had two hits. Lexi Wood and Madilynn Squyres doubled.

Hallie Sutton went 5 1/3 innings for the win. She allowed six hits, struck out six and walked one.

Lakeside (3-7) visits Doyline Thursday. North Webster dropped to 4-2.
