Minden, Glenbrook and North Webster picked up victories Tuesday.
The Lady Tiders defeated Northwood 6-2 in a District 1-4A game at Northwood, the Lady Apaches wrapped up the District 1-1A title with a 23-1 victory over Arcadia at Glenbrook, and North Webster rolled past Plain Dealing 14-3 at North Webster.
At Northwood, Leigha K-Gilbert had another big game for the Lady Tiders. She went 3-for-4 with a home run, two doubles and four RBI.
Her grand slam in the top of the fifth gave Minden a 6-0 lead.
Pitcher Kylie Ryan also continued her outstanding season. She pitched a two-hitter with six strikeouts and four walks.
Minden (14-11, 6-1) wraps up district play Thursday at home against Booker T. Washington.
At Glenbrook, Vivian Still went 4-for-4 with a home run, two triples and six RBI in the three-inning game.
Sarah Margaret Mosley went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI.
Gabi Brown went 2-for-2 with a home run and three RBI. Rebecca Mosley went 2-for-3.
Izzy McMillon had a double and two RBI. Colby Hollis and Hallie Harmon had doubles.
Rebecca Mosley struck out nine.
Glenbrook improved to 13-9 overall and completed district play 4-0. The Lady Apaches host Mangham Thursday.
At North Webster, Anekah Coleman went 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in the five-inning game.
Paige Timmons went 3-for-4 with a double and two RBI. Adryana White went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI.
Carlie Campbell went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI. Kensy Brown went 2-for-3. Kerianne Allen had a triple,
Emma Newsom got the win. She allowed four hits.
North Webster (10-14) is scheduled to visit Bastrop Wednesday in a District 1-3A game.
