North Webster swept the 4X100 relays in the Region I-3A meet Wednesday at West Monroe.
The foursome of Xaeliin Gladney, J’Kobe Lawson, Dejuan Coleman and JD Hardin won the boys 4X100 in 42.25. Bunkie was second in 42.91.
The foursome of Shakyra Hawkins, Tatyana Lawson, Xhailor McGlothan and Kylee Sanders won the girls 4X100 in 50.97. Bunkie was second in 51.82.
The top three finishers in each individual event and relay qualified for the Class 3A state meet May 9 at LSU. Fourth-place finishers serve as alternates.
Gladney finished second in the 100 in 10.80 and the 200 in 22.80. Bunkie’s Kyle Johnson won the 100 in 10.68 and the 200 in 22.67.
McGlothan was second in the 100 in 12.57. Lawson finished third in 12.64. Mamou’s Arionna Ardoin won in 12.19.
The foursome of Lawson, McGlothan, DeMaiyh Moore and Sanders was second in the 4X200 relay in 1:49.17. Bunkie won in 1:46.75.
Tomiyah Hawthorne finished third in the shot put with a throw of 31 feet, 9 inches. Bastrop’s Modesty Smith won with a 35-8.
Sanders was third in the triple jump with a 34-6.25. Sterlington’s Layla Crawley won with a 35-6.5.
J’Kobe Lawson finished fourth in the 100 in 10.98. Third-place finisher Zaylin Singleton of Covington ran a 10.91.
The foursome of Hardin, Coleman, Dante Owens and Jakayden Jackson was fourth in the 4X200 in 1:32.98. Richwood was third in 1:32.51.
Hawkins was fourth in the girls long jump with a 15-6.5. Marksville’s Anneshia Reed was third with a 15-10.
