Holli Vining sworn in as president of LCCA

Webster Parish Clerk of Court Holli Vining was sworn in as the president of the Louisiana Clerks of Court Association Friday, April 10. She was sworn in by Judge Harmon Drew Jr. in Lafayette. Vining is the seventh female to serve in this capacity in the last 70 years. She is the second youngest to serve as president and has served on the board of directors for the Clerk’s Association since 2011.
