Funeral services for Hubert Ferguson will be held Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden with the Rev. Matt Cate and the Rev. Donald Ferguson officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 4, 2017 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Hubert was born May 1, 1940 in Natchitoches and entered into rest Sept. 2, 2017 in Minden.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie P. and Rosie Ferguson, sisters, Evelyn Curry and Marie Adams, brothers, J.W., John
B. and Charles Ferguson, and special great nephew, Aiden Warrell.
He is survived by his wife Faye Ferguson of Minden, son Donald Ferguson and wife Neila of Minden, step daughters, Landa Grimsley and husband Rusty of Madisonville, and Rhonda Hurst and husband John of North Carolina, sister, Dorothy Horn and husband Willie D. of Bossier City, grandchildren, Bethany Ferguson and Greg Ferguson, step grandchildren, Anna Grimsley, Will Grimsley, Molly Hurst, Katie Hurst, and Ben Hurst, step great granddaughter, Emrie Grimsley, special nieces, Rachel Ferrell and Emily Richardson, and special great nephews, Ashton Jacques, and Jaxon Ferrell.
