Graveside services for Jacob Calvin Benson Downs will be held Sunday, November 25, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Officiating will be Rev. Jeff Ramsey.
The family will receive friends at 2349 Doc Steed Road, Minden, Louisiana 71055.
Jacob was born March 17, 2005 in Shreveport, Louisiana and entered into rest November 21, 2018 in Minden, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ora and Ben Downs and Allie and Thomas McGarity.
He is survived by his parents, Jack and Rosa Lee Downs, sisters; Tami Downs, Charity Stanfield, Paula Downs and Rachel Downs, and brothers; Robert, Paul, Ben, Levi, and Joshua Downs.
All of our children are special in every way and we would like to say a special thanks to our daughter, Paula for her endless and tireless help during Jacob’s complications.
