Janie Marie Callaway, age 61 of Augusta, GA, formerly of Minden, LA entered into rest on January 25, 2019 at her residence with her loving daughters by her side. She is preceded in death by her mother, Annie Laurie Bounds and father, Gilbert Franklin Callaway.
Janie is survived by daughters, Brandie (Christopher) Lavarias and Amanda Lee Shirey both of Augusta, GA; brother, Thomas Wayne (Pam) Callaway, Shreveport, LA; sister, Katherine (Leslie) Kirkland, Minden, LA; four grandchildren and four step grandchildren.
Janie was born August 16, 1957, in Shreveport, LA, received her GED and was an Office Manager for medical billing.
