Friday morning members from all over the northwest Louisiana community gathered to celebrate the investiture of Jayda Spillers as the new chancellor of Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College. The event was hosted by State Representative Wayne McMahen and had guest speakers from the college staff, student body, and local organizations, all congratulating Dr. Spillers on her accomplishment and thanking her for taking up the role as chancellor of the college.
