Judge Jeff Cox was sworn in Monday as the Second Circuit Court of Appeal Division C Judge by Judge Harmon Drew as Cox’s wife Susan holds the Bible at the Minden Civic Center. Cox beat incumbent Jay Caraway in November 2016.
