Karen’s Korner,
I hope you have enjoyed the safety series the past few weeks. As seniors, we need to be aware of the dangers that face us every day; from falls to home safety issues.
The nine-week series was designed to help seniors be more aware of the obstacles, problems and issues that affect us almost every day. It is important for us to educate ourselves many times concerning these various issues. We need to be alert, be aware, and be informed in order to successfully maintain our independence whether we are at home with family or out and about on our own.
