Karen’s Korner,
People come, and people go.
Many do not make an impression, one way or another.
They appear and disappear amidst their journey,
leaving you to ponder why they ever came across your path.
People come, and people stay for a brief time and
become acquaintances who really do not have time
to establish a friendship, let alone a relationship.
And you are left to ponder. Why are they in my life?
And then, out of the blue, someone comes along,
And you think you have known them,
your whole life through.
A kindred spirit, a caring heart, an accepting soul
And, within them, you are home; and comfort prevails.
What a wonderful gift from God, our Almighty Father,
who brings people like these into our lives, and who
brings us into their lives to share His love,
and His desire to see us as family…His family!
Thank You, God, for bringing those special ones into my life.
What a wonderful blessing they are to me;
another member of my precious family that
You have so graciously provided.
Enjoy your family and friends, life is too lonely without them.
