Funeral Services for Kenneth Brown will be held Friday, May 31, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Brock Childers and Rev. Danny Warbington officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Kenneth was born March 3, 1946 in Calhoun, Louisiana and entered into rest May 28, 2019 in Minden, Louisiana. He was a member of First Sibley Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Jewell Brown, Sisters, Evelyn Kennedy and Vonceil Baylis, brother Cecil Brown, and daughter, Anita Brown.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Brown of Minden, son, Dwayne Brown and wife Rachael, of Minden, daughters, Thresa Mouser and husband Ronnie of Minden, and Susan Odom and husband Joey of Heflin, brother, Billy Brown and wife Betty of Minden, grandchildren, Amanda Massett and husband Clayton, Jacob Mouser and wife Sydney, Tiffany Odom, Brittany Odom and Hayden Brown, great-grandchildren, Sophia Massett, Kipton Massett, and soon to arrive, Paisley Mouser, and special nephew, Jason Baylis.
Pallbearers will be David Gray, Allen Tippen, Chris Brown, Keith Brown, Johnnie Hough, and Austin Fuller.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tom Brown, Anthony Fuller, Earnie Rayner, Nathaniel Kennedy, John Murphy, Derek Hopkins, and Andy Fish.
The family extends thanks to Minden Home Care, St. Joseph Hospice, nurse, Rhonda Shively, and a special thank you to his own personal nurse and granddaughter, Amanda Massett.
