Louisiana Trails debuts overhauled trestle

Jim Herford, board member; Doug Harris, president; Dr. Warren Lambard, consulant; Donald Stephens of CW&W; Vicki Pickett, Castor mayor; Nolan Johnson, engineer; Ted Riser, vice president; Mary Hamner, supporter and Lane Shepherd of CW&W unveiled the overhauled trestle on Louisiana Trails near Jamestown and Castor Thursday morning. Riser says the 600 foot trestle was repaired with grant money and took about three weeks to complete. Work was done by CW&W Contractors. He said the board is planning on overhauling two more in the near future.
