Funeral services for Mable Tuggle Wren will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2015, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Mable was born March 6, 1924, in Homer and entered into rest Feb. 7, 2015, in Minden. Mom worked at Minden Medical and Home Health for more than 20 years. She was a talented artist, writer and wonderful storyteller. She was an avid reader and loved reading her Bible. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her children and family.
Her husband, Glen R. Wren; son, William Glen Wren; one sister; six brothers; and great-granddaughter, Angel Langley preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons, Richard T. Wren and wife, Sandra of Haughton and Tommy R. Wren of Minden; daughters, Linda Melton of Minden, Deanie Dorrell of Homer and Kay Cleaver of Minden; sister, Della Kramer of Auburn, Alabama; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.

I will miss Aunt Mabel very much. She was always sweet & kind. I will cherish the 3 paintings given to me years ago.
