The Caddo Parish Coroner’s office has released the identity of the individual fatally struck while crossing North Market Street in the Agurs neighborhood late Sunday, May 19.
Donald Bradford, 46, hailing from Springhill, was the victim of the tragic incident, which occurred around 9 PM in the 1900 block of the multi-lane highway. Bradford sustained severe injuries after being struck by multiple vehicles and was subsequently rushed to Ochsner LSU Health hospital. Regrettably, he succumbed to his injuries.
The Shreveport Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident. An autopsy has been ordered to provide additional insights into the events leading to Bradford’s untimely death.
