A man wanted on felony warrants was arrested Wednesday at Minden High School, according to Minden police.
On October 2, patrol officers were notified by the school resource officer that David Biles, 39, who was known to have active felony warrants, was on campus. Officers located Biles and took him into custody without incident.
Biles was booked on charges of simple kidnapping and violation of protective orders.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
