Margaret Cockerham “Vicky” Mouser

Margaret Cockerham “Vicky” Mouser was born December 24, 1942, and passed away April 19, 2021, at the age of 78. Funeral services were held Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana with Bro. Doug Gregg officiating. Interment followed at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana.

Vicky married David Mouser and together they owned and operated R & D Small Engines until their retirement. David and Vicky loved to travel in their motor home. They visited many of the states. They loved camping and fishing at Cypress Lake and Grand Bayou. Vicky was known for her chocolate pie, pecan pie, and her “famous secret recipe” cornbread. 

Vicky is survived by her husband of 63 years, David Mouser. Also left to cherish her memory are their children: Shirley M. McCann and husband Alton; Kenneth Mouser and wife Lisa; and Ronnie Mouser and wife Teresa; her grandchildren: Russell McCann, Kelli Burson, Sydney Mouser, Amanda Massett, and Jacob Mouser; and great grandchildren: Chloe, Michael, Lexi, Elizabeth, Sawyer, Emily, Sophia, Kipton, Paisley, and Presley; and sister, Barbara Caswell. 

Serving as pallbearers will be Russell McCann, Jacob Mouser, Clayton Massett, Stewart Burson, John Murphy, and Rickie Gray.
