Mary Hammontree Triplet (Tootsie) 61, of Doyline was called home to be with the Lord Jesus on March 13, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her mother Ruth Goans Hammontree, her father Ira Hammontree and former spouse David Triplet.
She leaves to cherish her memory a son Nathan Triplet of Minden, a sister Laverne Austin of Minden, brothers Gerald Lee of Doyline, Danny Hammontree and wife Debra of Minden, and Ronnie Hammontree and wife Langmee of Little Elm, Texas and grandson Jace Triplet of Minden. Also left to cherish her memory will be her many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephew, nieces, and many friends.
Thanks goes out to the many medical field workers during this time for their efforts in making her comfortable and meeting her medical needs.
A special thanks to Thomas Mike Paxton for opening his home to Tootsie in her time of need and for his expression of kindness and care for our loved one!
Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 3 p.m. at the American Legion Hall (near Koran Grocery Store) 5401 Hwy 527 in Doyline with Dennis Austin officiating.
