Michael Martin was born December 18, 1963 in Little Rock Arkansas to Ernest Martin and Lillie Mae Green Martin. He worked for the Webster Parish Sheriff Department as a deputy.
Micheal is survived by his wife Martha Gilbert Martin, daughters Markeithdra Willis, LaConstance Green, Crystal Green, LaTasha Martin, sons Michael Martin Jr. (deceased), Jermaine Martin, Dewayne Martin, sisters Claudia Howard (Ronald) and Shirley Martin and 3 brothers who preceded him in death. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. Grandchildren Sernorris Mitchell, Sanaa Mitchell, Sariyah Mitchell, Serinity Mitchell, Sena J Mitchell, LaTash J Mitchell, Lakia Mitchell, Dewayne Martin Jr. and Micheal Martin.
Visitation will be May 4, 2018 from 6pm to 8pm at Benevolent Funeral Home at 401 E. Union St. Minden, La. 71055.
Graveside Service for Michael Martin will be May 5, 2018 at 12:00pm at Sheppard Heights Cemetery 340 Ida St. Minden, La. 71055.
