City of Minden employee Eddie Cox lowers the flag downtown during Minden High School’s annual 9/11 ceremony. The ceremony was held in memory of those lost on that fateful day in 2001. Junior ROTC Battalion cadets read the history of 9/11 and recognized enforcement and first responders.
