Minden police officers arrested two men on August 2, in connection with the 2nd degree rape of a 14-year-old girl that reportedly took place at the swimming pool of Chateau Normandy Apartments on July 29.
Ladorious Burks, 23, of the 300 block of Miller Street, was detained and charged with 2nd degree rape following an investigation.
