Monday brought hottest day of 2015

Monday marked the hottest day of the year with tempratures ranging around 105 and 106 degrees in northwest Louisiana. Monday marked the hottest day since Sept. 13, 2011. The region had zero days above 100 degrees in 2014. Forecasters say “cooler air” is expected to move into the area Wednesday and bring highs in the mid 90s.
