Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College (NLTCC) will host its upcoming “Magnificent Friday” event on July 25 from 8AM to 1PM at the Minden campus, located at 9500 Industrial Drive.
The registration event is designed for both new and returning students and will feature on-site registration and advising, financial aid assistance, and opportunities to meet with student success coaches.
NLTCC, part of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, offers training programs in high-demand fields such as powerline work, plumbing, welding, and practical nursing. The system has gained national recognition for its innovative, workforce-focused education, making it one of the most productive and fastest-growing two-year college systems in the country.
As part of the event, testing will be available for students interested in the Practical Nursing and Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree programs. Those wishing to test must arrive by 8AM.
No appointment is necessary, and walk-ins are welcome.
