The Greater Minden Chamber is accepting nominations for its annual 15 Under 40 Young Professional Awards, recognizing emerging leaders who are making a difference throughout the Greater Minden community.
Presented by TG Companies, LLC, the awards honor professionals younger than 40 who demonstrate excellence in their careers while contributing to the community through leadership, volunteer service, mentorship, and other efforts that help make the area a better place to live, work, and grow.
The Chamber is encouraging residents, employers, coworkers, and community members to nominate individuals they believe exemplify those qualities.
Nominees may be professionals who lead in the workplace, volunteer behind the scenes, mentor others, or go above and beyond in serving the community.
Nominations will be accepted through August 14.
In addition to seeking nominations, the Chamber is inviting businesses and organizations to support the program by becoming event sponsors. Sponsorship opportunities are available for those interested in helping recognize and invest in the next generation of community leaders.
The 15 Under 40 Young Professional Awards ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, at the Minden Civic Center.
