On the agenda is a request from Myles-N-Myles Enterprises of Minden, LLC. for a preliminary approval of a lot split & a zoning change request on property owned by them located at 906 Devereaux Street. The property is zoned B-4 (Highway Commercial).
The purpose of this request is to subdivide the property for multifamily development.
