PUBLIC NOTICE: A special session of the Village of Dixie Inn will be held August 4

A special session of the Village of Dixie Inn will be held on August 4 at 4:30 PM in the Village Hall at 60 Shell Street.

New business will include discussion of pay for the new chief, Alan Davis, approving a temporary hiring freeze for the police department, amending Ordinance #99 to change the yearly cost of living from 2% to 4%, and allowing Mayor Hoffoss to enter into an agreement with Healthy Communities Grant (KLB) in the amount of $8,000, the funds to be used for purchasing a garbage trailer.
