Rayner named Student of the Year

Ethyn Rayner has be selected as Brown Upper Elementary School’s Student of the Year.
Rayner always goes above and beyond to help others, and walks in the classroom with a smile. He has an attitude that is contagious to people around him and a laugh that will make you laugh with him. He is always on the “A” honor roll, loves to take part in activities in and outside of school, and has a true joy for learning. Brown is honored to have Rayner to represent their school and community as Student of the Year.
