Red Blooms settles into new Main Street home

by Amber McDown

Red Blooms, a longtime floral shop, boutique and tea room known as the ParTEA Room, has relocated after seven years at its original location and is now open across the street at 731 Main Street.

Along with its selection of flowers and gifts, Red Blooms is offering seasonal King Cakes for Mardi Gras and continues to expand its specialty offerings. The shop announced the arrival of the cakes in a recent post, stating, “They’re here! Lilah’s famous King Cakes have arrived just in time for Mardi Gras. Come grab yours before they’re gone!”

The ParTEA Room will also host High Tea on Mondays from 11 AM to 2 PM, providing another gathering option in the downtown area.

In addition to everyday floral arrangements and boutique items, Red Blooms offers wedding and baby registries, serving customers for a variety of milestones and celebrations.

A grand re-opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony are scheduled for January 15 at 11 AM to mark the move.
