Funeral services for Sarah Anderson Holland will be at 11 a.m., Friday, April 3, 2015, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, with the Rev. Richard Methvin officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday, April 2, 2015, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Sarah was born June 20, 1923, in Ashland and entered into rest March 31, 2015, in Minden.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George M. Holland; sisters, LaMae Jones, Lorene Russell and Hazel Johnson; and grandsons, Curtis Robin and Douglas McCann Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Lillian J. Robin of Minden, Sarah Ann Walker and husband, Edward of Minden and Betty McCann and husband, Doug of Minden; sister, Martha Stiles of Alexandria; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and very special niece, Ann Demaline.
Pallbearers will be William Barnett, Phil Demaline, Johnny McDaniel, Tim Greer, Randle McGraw and Joe Sumrall.
