Several governmental and public offices will be closed in observance of Good Friday. Minden City Hall, Webster Parish Courthouse and Webster Parish School Board Central Office will be closed. The U.S. Post Office will be open and mail delivered. Only one local bank will be closed – Richland State Bank. All other banks will be open, observing regular hours. Garbage pick-up inside the city limits will not change.
