Seeds Women’s Center held its third annual client Christmas party Friday, December 5, welcoming more than 30 families to its new facility at 308 Pine Street.

Executive Director Amber Bradford said the celebration was made possible through wide community support. “Friday was a blast at Seeds Women’s Center 3rd Annual Client Christmas Party! We are so thankful to our community, sponsors, and donors who helped us make it a huge success” she said.

Pizza Hut Minden donated pizza for the event, volunteers assisted with organizing activities, and community members contributed door prizes, snacks, cookies, and toys. Santa and Mrs. Claus met with families throughout the evening, drawing a large turnout from those enrolled in the center’s parenting class program.

“As we close out this year we want to thank everyone for their love, blessings, and support,” Bradford said. “Our end of year giving campaign is in full effect and we want to encourage everyone to please consider donating to our center to help us continue to reach women and families right here in our community! Merry Christmas and May God Bless you as you all have blessed Seeds Women’s Center.”

Seeds Women’s Center provides free pregnancy and family support services, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, parenting classes, counseling, and access to its baby boutique with items for children from birth to age 4.
