Free Workshop to Help Landowners Considering Selling Timber
A free Selling Your Timber Workshop will be offered on April 25, 2023, at the Webster Parish Library in Minden, Louisiana. Featured topics include how to estimate the value of your timber, how to find the best place to sell your timber, how to navigate pitfalls of selling your timber, and how to leave the land healthier after the sale.
The workshop will be presented by Tim Holland. Holland is the owner and lead forester for Mudd & Holland Consulting Foresters. He is a Certified Tree Farm Inspector and has served on the board of directors for both the Louisiana Forestry Association and the Louisiana Society of American Foresters.

The Webster Parish Library is located at 521 East and West Street, Minden, Louisiana. On April 25, 2023, on-site registration/sign-in will begin at the library at 5:15 p.m. The workshop presentation will begin at 6:00 p.m. and conclude at 7:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
