by Minden Press-Herald

Kalelah Radford, a resident of the 3600 block of Kitty Lane in Shreveport, was arrested by the Minden Police Department on May 22 for felony theft from the Daiquiri Express on Homer Road in Minden.

Following an investigation, authorities found probable cause indicating that Radford stole $7,750 from the store between January and May of this year. Evidence revealed that Radford manipulated completed transactions by listing them as returns and then pocketed the money that patrons had paid for their products.

Radford’s arrest is the result of ongoing efforts to address theft and financial crimes in the area.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
